What is the cancellation policy?
Reservation is confirmed upon full payment verified by Luca Camp and bank receipt.
Cancellation Policy:
- Amendments or cancellations must be made via WhatsApp at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled check-in date.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled check-in date.
- No-shows will be charged the nightly room rate.
Are pets allowed at the camp?
Luca Camp is not pet-friendly; guests are not allowed to bring their own pets.
