Thank you for choosing your stay at Luca Camp, in Bentong. We are happy to assist you before and during your stay with the information for check-in procedure & things to bring during your stay. 

Getting Here: Remember to review our location or Waze: Luca Camp and make sure you have our booking voucher with you

Check-in: A refundable deposit (RM 200 per tent, in cash or T&G) needs to be collected by our team during check-in.

3:00 PM: Upon arrival, please look for our team at the campfire area; they will assist you with check-in. 

6:30 PM: Dinner will be delivered to your tent.

9:00 PM: Campfire.

9:00 AM: Breakfast will be delivered to your tent.

11:00 AM: Check-out.

Luca Cooking Rules:

• Wash the dishes and pots before going to bed at night.
• Do not leave any food or rubbish outside your tent before you sleep, as it may attract animals during the night. Be responsible for disposing of your rubbish in the appropriate bin. If needed, you can store unfinished food inside the IKEA plastic cabinet.
• A cleaning fee of RM 50-100 will be charged for unwashed dishes and utensils.
• For those who prefer not to wash their utensils after cooking, you can request assistance from our staff. The cost is RM 10 per tent, which you can pay directly to them as a tip for their overtime work. Please inform them during check-in if you would like to use this service.

Luca Safety Rules:

• Never leave the burner or gas stove on and unattended.
• Due to recent unpredictable weather, the river downstream from the campsite is generally safe, but conditions upstream can change suddenly. Therefore, guests are not allowed to go down to the river. We cannot take responsibility for any accidents that occur.

Damage to Campsite Property:

• Luca Camp reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying damage or soiling caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts to Luca Camp tents or structures. Failure to comply may result in the deduction of the security deposit and additional penalties.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the tents, as well as near any tents and shared bathrooms.
• Please enjoy alcohol responsibly and in moderation.
• Possession of illegal drugs or other prohibited items under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
• All cooking utensils must be cleaned and returned to the table in front of the tent during checkout. A cleaning fee of RM 50-200 may be incurred for any property damage caused by guests.
• Quiet Hours: Between 11pm – 9am, for those who the utilize the common area, please respect other people might night to rest early.

Campsite Safety Policy

• Stay Within Designated Areas: Please remain within the designated camping and recreational areas. Avoid venturing into restricted zones for your safety.
• Personal Responsibility: While we strive to maintain a safe environment, guests are responsible for their own safety. Please be cautious during outdoor activities and use equipment properly.
• River Safety: The riverside adds to the charm of our campsite, but water currents can be unpredictable. Swimming and water activities are at your own risk. Please exercise caution and supervise children closely.
• Campfires: Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits.
• Avoid feeding to feeding outsider dogs, if there is, Keep the food stored securely to prevent attracting animals.
• First Aid: A basic first aid kit is available at the campsite office. If you require medical assistance, please contact our team. By staying at our campsite, you acknowledge and accept that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The campsite management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during your stay. Please read through the policy before you make payment to us.

Campiste Desk: Our team stationed in Luca until 7pm and return to their cottages beside Luca, Incase any late check in, plese call +6011-3799 4438 to inform Rani you will be late check in.

Luca 烹饪规则：

• 如果餐具和锅具没有清洗干净，将收取 RM 50-100 的清洁费用。
• 如果您不想在烹饪后清洗餐具，可以请求我们的工作人员提供帮助。费用为每个帐篷 RM 10，您可以直接将费用支付给他们，作为加班费的小费。请在入住时告知他们您希望使用此服务。

Luca 安全规则：

• 由于近期天气不稳定，虽然营地下游的河流通常是安全的，但上游的水位可能会突然上涨。因此，禁止客人下到河边。我们对任何发生的事故不承担责任。

• Luca Camp 保留因客人偶然、故意、疏忽或鲁莽行为造成 Luca Camp 帐篷或设施损坏或污损的修复费用的收费权。未能遵守可能会导致扣除押金并收取额外罚款。
• 禁止在帐篷内、帐篷附近以及共享浴室附近吸烟或使用电子烟。
• 请适度饮酒，保持负责任的态度。
• 严禁持有非法药物或其他在马来西亚法律下禁止的物品。
• 所有烹饪用具必须在退房时清洁并放回帐篷前的桌子上。客人造成的财物损坏可能会产生 RM 50-200 的清洁费。

安静时间：

• 在晚上11点至早上9点之间，对于使用公共区域的客人，请尊重其他人可能需要早休息。

• 避免喂食流浪狗： 如果有流浪狗出现，请将食物安全存放，以防吸引动物。
• 急救： 营地办公室提供基础急救箱。如果您需要医疗帮助，请联系工作人员。

• 通过在我们的营地住宿，您承认并接受户外活动涉及的固有风险。营地管理不对您在住宿期间可能发生的任何伤害、事故或个人财物丢失负责。请在向我们付款之前阅读此政策。
